Congratulations! You've made the decision to pursue the possibility of business ownership. Now is the time to explore the opportunities of owning a franchise.
I will be your trusted consultant who will assist you with discovering the world of franchising. Being your guide and educator, I will help you find the ideal business to open. My affiliation with The You Network provides access to over 350 different franchises so there are many options to explore. Now, take the next step and set up a free intro call with me!
My services are at no cost to you. The franchise company will compensate me if you select and begin a franchise business.
15-minute phone call to discuss your franchising interests and learn more about you. Also, I will explain the franchising consulting process and how we work together.
Everything begins with completing a Confidential Personal Profile (general information about you). This is the first step to get the franchise information you need.
After your profile is received, a consulting call is scheduled. You’ll learn about the different franchise models and categories that match your specific considerations, interests and needs. We’ll also discuss personality traits and business skills needed for various franchises. Third-party financial and possible funding resources will also be discussed.
Based upon the information provided during the consultation, a selection of 5-8 franchise brand concepts will be presented to you for consideration. Corresponding information will be sent on the choices you wish to explore.
After receiving each brand’s information, you’ll now conduct your own research to learn more about the brands. Using a scoring sheet (provided), you’ll identify the pros and cons for each brand and priority-rank the ones you want to pursue.
Brand introductions will be made for you on your final selections. You will then start each brand’s franchise discovery process. Based upon the consulting and training you received from me, you will now be ready and equipped to start the franchisee candidate interviews. As your personal franchise consultant, I will continue to offer support and be a resource for you in finding the perfect franchise to purchase.

Instead of thinking, "Someday I want to do this", take the first step and contact me. Let’s get started on the franchise discovery process tailored for YOU!
Utilizing my vast franchise experience, I help clients find the best brands that meet their desired personal, business, and financial goals.
I bring more than 20 years of experience working with well-known national and regional franchises, including Dunkin’, Baskin Robbins, Popeyes, Schlotzsky’s Deli, Atlanta Bread Company, and Back Yard Burgers. Acting as a corporate liaison to franchisees and managing multi-million-dollar advertising co-ops, the relationships I developed with the individual location owners gave me the expertise to help others succeed in franchising.
Additionally, I have spent more than a decade working in the Sports and Entertainment industry, consulting with professional sport venues, multi-use arenas, convention centers, amphitheaters, and Higher Education (colleges and universities) where selection and implementation of national brands was integral to building a successful and profitable business. My passion is now helping people who want to own their own business find the best franchise that matches their talents, personal interests, and financial goals.
A good franchise company has a track record of success, strong brand, training programs, ongoing operational support, marketing, real estate and construction assistance, purchasing power and risk avoidance compared to starting your own business.
Each franchise has requirements for liquidity and net worth, which vary depending on the franchise. The lower investment franchise business models generally run $50,000+ for liquidity (examples: savings & checking accounts, 401k, equity in home or other real estate investments). Net worth is $100,000+. Your net worth is your assets minus your liabilities. A 700+ credit score is also required.
Franchise startup costs can be as low as $10,000 or as high as $5 million, with the majority being somewhere between $100,000 and $300,000. The price all depends on the industry, location and type of franchise.
Sources for franchise financing include SBA (Small Business Administration) and Conventional loans, ROBS (Rollover as Business Startups utilizing 401k), Home Equity loans, Securities-Backed Lines of Credit, etc., along with cash investment. Some franchisors may offer financing directly through the parent company. Most commonly, they partner with preferred lenders who administer loans to their franchisees.
Please fill out the contact form or schedule a discovery call. Your time and high level of engagement will be required, not your money during our consulting meetings. See “How it works” for more information.
